How long will it take to create an account and get my messaging account up and running?
Once the service contract is signed; it usually only takes one business day to set up a new account. The services you requested will usually take effect with in 24 hours.
What are your rates?
Experience has taught us that each of our clients is unique. We customize services to meet your exact needs, and we offer so many different options we need to customize your rate quote as well.
Do you bill by the minute or by the call?
We bill our clients by the call, not by the minute.
Will I need to purchase or install any special equipment for your service?
No, once you become our customer we will provide everything you need.

What kind of reports can you generate for my account?
Depending on the type of information and request, we are able to generate specific reports for each of our clients.
Can you transfer or connect me to incoming calls?
Yes, we can transfer and connect clients to their incoming customer calls. Please refer to our Services page for more information.
How does your service handle emergency calls?
Each client's emergency calls are handled differently. Per their request, we follow specific instructions at the request of each client's particular needs.
What type of service agreement do you require?
Once engaged with a client, we require a signed service contract. We also offer month-to-month services and request a 30-day notice when canceling services.
